As a group Hill Street Holdings undertakes commercial developments on sites of One to Fifty Acres; on either Greenfield or Brownfield site in South East England. We can purchase or option sites to work up a deliverable development scheme for office, Industrial High Tech and all ancillary commercial uses such as Veterinary practices, Day-care Nursery and roadside uses.

We buy converted and unconverted new or Brownfield residential land in the range of 10 to 50 units, 0.5Ha to 2 Ha.

We are engaged in developing large urban regeneration sites in consultation with partners, landowners, financial institutions or partner Property Company’s.
