Hill Street acquired 16 acres of land adjacent to London Oxford Airport in March 2003 for development as a new science and Technology production park for Oxford. In our experience of development in the life science and high tech sector we felt that the land had excellent potential for production and Stage 2 technology and Research & Development laboratory space. This site provides a key R&D gateway to Oxford’s intellectual engine.

The land is now allocated in the draft Local Plan and we hope to pursue a planning application in mid 2013.
