A new housing development consisting of fourteen high specification contemporary houses on a brown field site released from the demolition of a redundant public house and a block of lock-up garages.

Phase 1 – nine individual 3 bedroom terraced, end of terrace and semi-detached houses

Phase 2 – a further five 2 & 3 bedroom terraced, end of terrace and detached houses

The site was acquired in December 2012

Construction work started in March 2013 with a projected completion date for Phase 1 of November 2013
